  • Indications/Intended Use
    Disposable Automatic Clip Applier is used for ligating blood vessels or tissues during surgery, and
    the continuous application clamp is a conveying device for ligating clamps.
  • Contraindications

    1:IDisposable Automatic Clip Applier cannot be used as a device for blocking the fallopian tubes during contraceptive surgery;

    2:Disposable Automatic Clip Applier cannot be used for ligating the renal artery during laparoscopic donor nephrectomy
  • Performance】
    1:Disposable Automatic Clip Applier should be easily and flexibly opened and closed without jamming;
    2： The Disposable Automatic Clip Applier should rotate freely at 360 ° and be positioned reliably under rotation;
    3： The ligation clamp should be able to close smoothly, and the force should not exceed 28N;
    4：Residual ethylene oxide less than 10 μ G/g;
    5： The product should be sterile.
  • Attention:
    1： The opened ligation clip must be grabbed at the hinge to be removed from the ligation point
    and removed from the body through a sleeve.
    2： The adaptive clamp is mainly composed of a clamp head, a clamp rod, a knob, and a handle,
    with the head consisting of a pair of blades of the clamp beak. The description of the product
    structure composition in the registration certificate or filing certificate includes the use of
    clamps that are compatible with this product.
【Warnings and Precautions】
1. The ligation clamp must be locked when ligating blood vessels or tissues to ensure the
effectiveness of ligation. After the operation is completed, be sure to check the ligation area to
ensure that the ligation clip is properly closed.
2. For renal artery surgery other than laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, it is recommended to
use more than one ligation clip for closure, and the distance between the distal cuff of the
blood vessel should be at least 2-3mm beyond the ligation clip.
3. In addition to the renal artery, the second ligation clamp on other blood vessels should be
used at the discretion of the surgeon. After the ligation clamp is applied, the safety of this
ligation clamp must be confirmed.
4. During laparoscopic surgery using the product, prepare a matching model and specification of
endoscope clamp for backup.
5. Before using the product, be sure to check if the two jaws are aligned, otherwise it may cause
injury to the patient. After the ligation clamp is loaded into the ligation clamp jaws, it is
important to ensure that the ligation clamp remains on the continuous application clamp jaws.
Do not close the clamp on blood vessels or tissues when the clamp is not properly loaded into
the clamp.
6. When using a ligation clip, it is necessary to confirm the size and conditions of the tissue
structure and blood vessels, and then select the appropriate size of the ligation clip.Page 5 of 6
7. Due to changes in the design and other aspects of the ligation clip, the closure characteristics
of this ligation clip system are different from other nail clip systems. Therefore, users need to
select the type of ligation clamp to use based on the usage conditions, and confirm whether
the ligation clamp is still firmly fixed after being clamped or using other surgical instruments in
the same surgical area.
8. The "Remove Ligation Clip" in the usage method is only applicable to unexpected usage
situations.
9. This product is a non recyclable disposable sterile product and should be immediately
scrapped after use. Reuse is prohibited.
10. To avoid adverse consequences, please read the user manual carefully before use.
