1. Pelvic inflammatory mass, adhesion decomposition, salpingectomy;
2. Surgical treatment of benign ovarian tumors:
(1) Removal of ovarian cysts;
(2) Resection of benign tumor of fallopian tube or ovary;
(3) Unilateral or bilateral appendectomy;
3. Surgical treatment of uterine fibroids or uterine muscle adenopathy;
(1) Uterine fibroids (reserving the uterus);
(2) Hysterectomy (preserving cervix);
(3) Total hysterectomy;
4. Surgical treatment of early gynecological malignant tumors;
(1) Cervical cancer stage Ⅰa1-Ⅱa1: extensive hysterectomy + pelvic lymph node dissection, extensive cervical resection, vaginal lengthening
(2) Endometrial cancer: sub-extensive hysterectomy + pelvic lymph node dissection
5. Surgery to preserve ovarian function before radiotherapy for young patients with advanced cervical cancer: bilateral ovarian suspension;
6. Unexplained pelvic masses and abdominal pain require exploration to confirm the diagnosis.
