The clamping pliers are mainly composed of a clamp head, a clamp rod, a turntable, a clamp handle and a washing mouth.
It can be used for holding instruments and foreign bodies under direct vision or during abdominal surgery. Ligation of gallbladder artery and bile duct and other common ligation.
1. Remove the non-absorbent polymer ligation clip/disposable closing clip from the stent. Hold the bracket with your hand if necessary to pick up the non-absorbent polymer ligation clip/single-use closing clip. Ensure that the non-absorbent polymer ligation clip/disposable closing clip is fixed to the concave teeth of the clamp head.
2. Confirm the location of ligature, and position the non-absorbent polymer ligature clip/disposable closing clip around the tissue structure to be ligated. Apply the appropriate force to completely close the clamp until the non-absorbent polymer ligation clip/single-use closing clip is closed, ensuring the correct position.
3. Release the force on the clamp handle to open the clamp head and remove the clamp from the surgical site.
